PLEASE NOTE: Due to health concerns about the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and recommendations regarding social distancing, the drop-in information session scheduled for Sunday 29 March at the Eltham Farmers' Market has been cancelled.


A structure plan sets a vision and objectives for a township or activity centre with the aim of providing opportunities for local jobs, housing, services, retail, quality places to meet and socialise and also to create a safe, accessible, well-designed centre that reflects local character.
