Council is reviewing its Road Management Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Road Management Act 2004 and Local Government Act 1989.

This plan is Council’s commitment to the community with how road and footpath related defects and hazards are managed.

It considers defects such as;
  • road pot holes,
  • footpath trip hazards
  • vegetation overhanging roads and footpaths.

It also considers how Council manages road hazards such as oil spills, road and footpath obstructions and missing pit lids on the road or road edge.
