Council is reviewing its Road Management Plan in accordance with the requirements of the Road Management Act 2004 and Local Government Act 1989.
This plan is Council’s commitment to the community with how road and footpath related defects and hazards are managed.It considers defects such as;
- road pot holes,
- footpath trip hazards
- vegetation overhanging roads and footpaths.
It also considers how Council manages road hazards such as oil spills, road and footpath obstructions and missing pit lids on the road or road edge.
We are now reviewing this plan and seek your input to help us continue to provide a safe road and footpath network.
Your feedback will be considered by Council at a Future Nillumbik Committee meeting on 9 March and will be used to inform any proposed amendments to this plan. If you would like to speak at this meeting register here
Thank you for providing your feedback. This survey is now closed.
